How can you say ‘Artless’? He’s the main antagonist.

After having tried to watch Terrifier, I can easily say if this is the future of horror, I’m out. Artless, joyless, miserably gruesome, and utterly cruel. No thank you.

You guys don’t cover pornography on here, so why do you keep offering publicity for this piece of revolting torture porn?

I could not for the life of me understand what the hell Megan was saying for most of her sketches. Yeah, I already had subtitles turned on, and as always, they sucked with their word salad.

It was like when they have an athlete and have to write around the athlete’s persona. I thought the workout sketch and the last one were funny, it’s probably not a coincidence Megan wasn’t the focus in them.

“I know people have a bunch of questions. I get it. I’m right there with you,”

It’s not a legal restriction. It’s more like, “My lawyers told me about 700 times that I shouldn’t talk about this in public.” They want to be able to control as much information related to the case as possible and having your client talking about it freely in a public forum hugely diminishes that control.

Even in the comparatively libertine days of 2014, who in the world thought a sketch titled “Through A Pedophile’s Eyes” was anything like a good idea?

“Unfortunately, because there is an ongoing legal case, there’s very little that I can say right now.”

Yikes. It’s somehow worse than you described.

you said foot

She regrets “agreeing to act” in it? I guess I shouldn’t expect anything more than the most passive language imaginable from someone involved in an active case, but I can comfortably say fuck her.

It’s the exact opposite of Bechtian.

That actor was actually pretty good!

No way ‘You are a f*&king disaster, my guy’ was by FAR the best line

Ehh, coke I can believe—but acid? Her?

Can you ever be authentic if you’re crippled by your own self-awareness?”

I’ll leave it at this for now, because you’ve left a lot in this review to take umbrage with, and I’m too tired to bother with listing it all out: I don’t know how to take criticism of such groundbreaking metafictional art seriously (or even respect it as criticism in the first place) when it doesn’t remotely attempt
