I got most of them as gifts, so little cash outlay for me personally.  I also got one of the plastic cases that had dice, a mini, and looked like a little briefcase.  I got the fighter one.  Don’t know what I did with the case.

“It was a movie that everyone knew would end up on Disney plus that no one asked for. It didn’t fit the tone and general aesthetic of the series it spun off of”

Yeah what has she done for Disney lately?

Yes, she didn’t produce Ratatouille, 7 shorts and Toy Story 4, lead the tools and RnD dept for Finding Nemo or lead the simulation and effect on Monsters Inc in that time...

It’s interesting how this story warped over the years, from a lucky break with shades of grey (it was against protocol for her to have the machine at home) to her literally saving the whole film as it was released. Obviously, Pixar/Disney leaned into this when it benefitted them but now it’s come back to bite them;

It was a movie that everyone knew would end up on Disney plus that no one asked for. It didn’t fit the tone and general aesthetic of the series it spun off of. Also it was released at one of the worst times ever for box offices. But sure it’s the gay relationship.

I recall reading somewhere that it ended up being a permission/legal thing. Not it being difficult.

That same year it announced a remake of the first Knights of the Old Republic at a PS5 showcase that immediately generated tons of excitement. A year later Bloomberg reported that the project was already running into trouble and would be moved to a completely new studio under the Embracer umbrella.

Isn’t this a tactic to draw people off a potential lawsuit? That is, if you accept the deal your ability to hop onto a class action is eliminated.

Pretty shitty deal all around. I also bought the game knowing that DLC was coming, and looking forward to playing through it. I doubt I’d have picked it up had I know it was

Never “pre-order” anything.

What is likely the culprit is that sales were not good enough and embracer group pilled the plug rather than pay for continued development.

Don’t take the free game. Fight for a refund.  Make this company pay for not delivering their promise.

That sucks. Unfortunately, you should only ever buy something because it does what you want already. Promises can sometimes lead to nice treats, but businesses can’t be trusted, even when they fully intend to make good.

It is great that they posted this on Saturday - as they request you use their support system to make the request - which only runs Mon-Fri.

Just... phenomenal customer service.

Great. I already own all of these games - and I bought KotOR2 on Switch specifically because of this promised DLC. I really need to stop supporting developers before they’ve delivered on promises...

It makes me curious what it specifically is about the Switch that makes porting a 20 year old game to it so difficult compared to other systems.

This is exactly what they want. Those kids to feel sad and ashamed. And they will.

Interestingly, I knew I was trans/ nonbinary since I was a kid, and before I even knew those such words existed.
Hiding these terms from kids isn’t gonna not make them trans/ gay/ etc, it’s just gonna make the kids that are these things feel incomplete. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

1 2 Switch or whatever its called is the game you throw on when Grandma wants to play video games with the kids.  Its harmless.  Not worth paying more then like $10 for it

I’m younger, but thinking of the old days, heck even up to a bit over a decade ago, it was so damned scary. Afraid of being open to anyone around you, even those technically closest to you. Fearing you’d lose everything. Now most I come across are accepting. Most of the time, I can assume I can be open.
That said right
