You quoted the review of a person, which stated,

Truthfully, I haven’t really played much of anything this week. I got in some time with Golf Story, which is still quite good, even though I’m not a big fan of either the writing for the main character’s wife or anything related to the frisbee mechanics. I’m doing Fire Emblem Heroes daily, but it’s such a

Dragon Age 2 is from the start a narrative about like whether or not you should still try to make things better through sort of RPG style heroism when the world’s institutions are all stacked against you. Hawke fails in every chapter, she tries to save her family from poverty by going on an adventure and in the end

I’d say it’s maybe about fifteen hours? There are nine cases, and with the exception of one case that’s only a half hour long, the rest are either one or two. It’s not a huge commitment, so I’d say check it out when your son is done with it.

On the docket for this weekend: I’m going to power through the remainder of the awful, awful InnerSpace. I haven’t played a game this irredeemably bad in years. It feels like I’ve been playing it for an eternity, but I just checked a walkthrough, and I’m only a third of the way through. If you ever wanted the answer

Sorry, couldn’t resist!

I finished Detective Pikachu earlier today. And I gotta say, I really liked it! Usually, I writ about gameplay first and foremost, but its gameplay isn’t really what makes it good. Mechanically, it’s…mediocre, serviceable; I don’t care that there’s no penalties for missing quicktime events, but it’s not brainteasing,

I pre-ordered the game about a year ago, on the hook of “open world pirateering” and a half-price discount. So it wasn’t as much of a deliberate choice for me to buy the game when it came out, and I’m not as anchored by the sunk cost as someone who’d paid full price.

Should be a good weekend for all things video games (although I will also be busy translating volume 2 of the Legend of Zelda book I told y’all about last year— the publisher, Third Éditions, put out a whole new book just for Breath of the Wild). Here’s what’s on tap:

Yup! I predicted Irwin would die via tiger attack!

I suppose it’s always possible it’s someone else wearing the head, but it sure looks and sounds like him. And thanks for the link to that interesting interview. I’m glad he and Platinum Games got a lifeline from the success of NieR:Automata. They both deserve it. Though if we’re talking game devs’ creativity and

Gameological no more? Bah.

Do you guys remember Xbox Live Indie Games? Those weird little hobby games that Xbox dumped on xbox live with no ceremony whatsoever? nybody could make them and I think the most successful were cheap Minecraft clones but there were some gems in there. One such gem, got a sequel on PS4 I’ve been playing recently, Escape

I imagine most people would just use pictures of butts, and gun down buttfaces.

To a young, horny boy, this was my first opportunity to take “private” pictures. I always deleted them with a profound since of shame, but I probably didn’t need to worry since everything looked like blobs.
