The president can’t do that unilaterally. Generally, it’s a good thing that some positions aren’t subject to political changes immediately — though that does assume that the person in charge of the agency is qualified and not there as a bad-faith actor with the goal to destroy said agency.

A Kangoo with different styling and proprietary infotainment for thousands of Euros more. We can’t say Merc doesn’t know how to diversify its product portfolio.

(in Europe they use commas instead of periods)

It has become more popular and better implemented. I doubt the 208 would be a bestseller if the majority didn’t like the iCockpit.

It’s a crossover from Lexus/Toyota.  I think the vast majority of buyer don’t care about steering feel.

It’ll be garbage to drive *and* when it gets neglected like most cars owned by Americans do, it’ll break and leave you completely unable to steer!

So they put a race car steering input on it, but decoupled it from the wheels so it will be garbage to drive. Talk about writing checks your car can’t cash...

It was my understanding the federal law requires a physical connect to the steering. I remember infiniti being required to have a steering shaft. This is a Lexus UK video so im guessing its not a US bound feature.  Its also probably why Tesla doesn’t do it.

Couldn’t they have just made a 7 and kept the final drive ratio? I am probably in the minority but having a fun car around town that can also purr along on the freeway at not much above idle is wonderful. Vehicles with excessive power (sports cars/big pickups) have zero reason to be turning 40-50% of the RPM band at

IDK how much difference there is between the 1st gen Renault 5 and the later Supercinq ones, but the later Renault 5 (and vehicles based on it) were pretty damn good. I haven’t owned one myself, but 3 people i know had one or one of the vans based on one in the 2010s.
Privately owned wheel chair transport vans

I will have to fight over the multipla and the Tagora !

I’ve owned 4 Le Cars. Never had one leave me stranded. Fun little cars.

The Multipla was an incredibly practical car and a great one overall as long as you never looked at it from the outside.

Me and my perfectly functioning ‘85 165,000 mile LeCar will just have to agree to disagree.

It actually worked well initially. But then they left it for way too long without meaningful updates.

trabant, which one? the p50, the p70, the 600, the 601, the 1.1?

For a better comparison, the automatic Z is 200 lbs heavier than the full-fat Supra with the inline 6. Which probably means a manual Supra, if BMW ever releases one, will also be significantly lighter than the manual Z.

1,100lbs (over half a ton) heavier than an MX-5...

I figured LeCars would make the list, but it’s wrong. The Renault 5 is great. The LeCar name is dumb, but it was chosen by dumb Americans for dumb Americans. Dealer support was nonexistent and nobody knew how to service them here, but that’s not the fault of the car. And sure they were only 55 hp, but they only

it’s called the Hornet. Hornet, Horny. Lots of way you can spin that.
