The direct inject thing is interesting in the US.

An unsuccessful homologation special is hardly damning considering the regular BX was one of the company’s most successful models. As we’ve seen, when Citroen is given an actual budget it is able to succeed in rally.
Yep, and then they’ll call you a communist for having the audacity to give a shit about people other yourself.
“I” have freedom.... US freedoms revolve around “I”, “Me”, “My”, “Mine”, and “Not Yours.”
And already the, “If it affects performance or engine note? No thank you.” comments are out in force.
ie I’d rather have my child, or my friend’s children grow up in a filthier country where our children suffer more from a variety of diseases and neurological deficits all so that my car can go Vroom Vroom louder and…
*FREEDUMB
Yeah, but in the US you have FREEDOM!!!!!*, or some other stupid reason for not protecting people.
I borrowed a friend’s Fiat Punto (64 HP, if I recall correctly) and it had no problem driving 150km/h on the A5. Was it flat out? Yes. But it was fine. Up to 130 it was completely fine.
Yep. I drive a 48hp car and it’s fine in NY and Long Island, but once you start getting onto proper interstates it gets a bit daunting. 100hp should be enough for nearly everything one actually needs.
I just want an EV hot hatch with ~200 miles of range and a weight equal to or less than 3500 lbs that costs $35k or less. Is that too much to ask?
And to actually mention a car that rightly deserves to be on this list: BMW X6 Coupe. The fuuuuuuugly monstrosity that started this whole horrendous SUV Coupe trend. Fuck this bloated gargantuan eyesore to hell and back. And it doesnt even have the naked mole rat grille yet so prepare to rip your eyes out when you see…
I have driven a Beta Coupe and I know several people who have Beta Coupes, Spiders and HPEs. If that is the worst European car, then fuck all murrican or asian cars with a capital F. That is a fun, compact, chuckable sports car. Just because it had rust issues doesnt make it one of the worst cars ever.
Built in Wisconsin. The ones made in Europe were actually ok.
It is laughable that Americans all feel like they “need” 200+ HP just to prevent holding up the absurdly slow-moving traffic of the US.
“With a wheezing 100hp motor”
No, they admitted to modifying the suspension of the Robin Reliants to make them roll because they couldn’t get them to roll any speed without doing that.
Not the worse car though. six seats in a tiny envelope and at least its not boring. To me thats the worse crime.
First, this was not me.
