Last Nevada desert race I did, we were told before the event (in writing) that it would be something like $650 for any cow we hit

Oh, they were never going to make the turn in time. What I’m saying is had they missed the cow, such a turn off course over the berm wouldn’t have rolled the truck (unless there happened to be something like a rock there)
20:35 if it doesn’t go there automatically
Speaking from experience, it would do no such thing
Why not go left? Because then they’d be going off the road? Those trucks can handle the terrain, even at that speed. Certainly better than they can handle hitting a cow
Yeah, Murica isn’t good at high speed rail service
Yep. I don’t want to point my finger too sharply at the truck driver until it’s confirmed the signal was working, because I know there was a major train-on-truck accident about a year ago that was the result of a malfunctioning signal, but odds are you’re dead on.
The garbage truck I’d put on the truck driver (or the owner of that stretch of track - probably CSX - if the signal wasn’t working), and last week’s crash is on the CSX worker who didn’t reset the switch after they parked the freight train. This one and the PNW one though...
Take your damn star
The Acela routinely does 140+ and is the fastest passenger train operating in the US
I folded a bike fork doing that. Had to walk the bike home
This is how people die
Myth plausible
Came to the comments for this
Older and more mature than Stef
Nah, just a thing
Stef is mentally 12 years old
If anything I’d be more likely to make an Eric Bana Beast clone
