Certainly not arguing the point. I smog tested cars here in CA for a decade and a recently dead battery is the #1 reason for an innocent failure. In this case - for me anyway, the failed test is just one of the ingredients in the why I think this is a bad cake to buy.

Black one was my commuter, green Escort sedan was my youngest sons that we swapped the motor and trans from the red one into and the silver one in the back was one I bought for my daughter.
