Good observation - totally forgot about the 392.  That’s a notable distinction that should have been made in the article.

Australian Design Rules require the tether to be accessible “without the use of tools” and considers the headrest a tool.

None of those surprise me at all. The Wrangler does a little, but not much.

I didn’t cause this, but I elected to deal with it. Bought this for stupid cheap, smelled like it looked but had been mechanically well maintained and came with a stack of receipts.
