Uranus joke was taken! Drat!

Whaaat!? You mean the Giz optimizes for iGadgets! It apparently defaults to a "mobile" version for everyone else.

I surf on my Xoom but I use the web browser in "full" mode, meaning that it identifies itself as a PC so that sites like Gizmodo don't give me the watered down "mobile" version.

Sure, in a perfect world fake IDs wouldn't exist either. But the real problem is who determines what "porn" is? Even sexual education videos and writings can be considered pornographic. Some people have a ridiculously low tolerance for anything remotely sexual even if it's intent is educational.

And who determines what "porn" is?

I've always wanted to program:

You use Google Voice to get any text messages sent to your domestic phone. Any text messages received can be reviewed online or received as an email.

If it's for personal use you should be smart enough to know that you don't roam overseas. You pop out your sim card when you land and go to a Tim, Wind, Vodafone or wherever and pre-pay a 5GB dataplan sim. For example a pre-paid plan in Italy was about $70US and was 500 minutes with 5GB with Tim. Link your phone to

It's amazing how many people can perform a product review from a teaser photo.

Damn.

Maybe because the iP4S is an update that brings it up to par with other phones on the market but doesn't surpass them without question. There's a big Samsung/Google release in 2 weeks that will probably see the release of the Prime. It's supposed to be a monster of a phone that will probably surpass every single

The apathy from people in general is kind of disturbing. They fail to realize that the barn door is open now and all that has to happen is for the right combination of folks to come along to exploit it. There are virtually no safeguards or checks-and-balances regarding its collection, use, or distribution. Crazy.

From what I understand the very tip-top of the monument is actually an aluminum cap with a hatch. They open the hatch tie their stuff around the cap it and anchor some more stuff inside and get to work.

No. The door auto locks when you shut it, and you use a key fob (that you hold to the lock) when you want to unlock it. If you don't have a key fob you can use the keypad. And if the unit doesn't have electricity you just have to buy a 9V battery, touch it to the external connectors, and power it externally.

That's why I dropped money on a keyless RFID automatic door lock.

I'm glad my life has never led me to a place where I would have heard the rap song "F@!ked 20 Dudes".

The former Joint Chief already announced a few years ago that this upcoming generation (F35, F22) would be the last of the manned aircraft. These airframes will be the primary platforms and flown for the next 20 or so years, and they've already begun testing the cockpits with unmanned capabilities. Development is in

Unless these are primarily unmanned they'll stay paint on paper. Pilots onboard are mostly done for the next generation of fighters and bombers.
