Whaaat!? You mean the Giz optimizes for iGadgets! It apparently defaults to a "mobile" version for everyone else.

I surf on my Xoom but I use the web browser in "full" mode, meaning that it identifies itself as a PC so that sites like Gizmodo don't give me the watered down "mobile" version.

Sure, in a perfect world fake IDs wouldn't exist either. But the real problem is who determines what "porn" is? Even sexual education videos and writings can be considered pornographic. Some people have a ridiculously low tolerance for anything remotely sexual even if it's intent is educational.

The apathy from people in general is kind of disturbing. No. The door auto locks when you shut it, and you use a key fob (that you hold to the lock) when you want to unlock it. If you don't have a key fob you can use the keypad. And if the unit doesn't have electricity you just have to buy a 9V battery, touch it to the external connectors, and power it externally.

That's why I dropped money on a keyless RFID automatic door lock.
