There, I fixed it.
There, I fixed it.
And no side visibility, either.
Torchy you’re my hero.
I NEED THIS IN MY LIFE.
You should start a service that delivers ‘80s Apple computers in ‘80s diesel Rabbits.
Torchy, my mom had an orange ‘79 GLC when I was a wee one. With plaid interior! And a four-speed manual! Watched my dad change the head gasket on it one weekend. So you know what I’d go with.
Snow is the only thing that made my B6 A4 any fun to drive.
I heart that bug so much.
Hey, that’s my current ride! Wagon version, but yeah. Awesome all-around car. Cheap interior materials, though. Thanks, Ford.
I just want to buy a car over the Internet without having to meet a salesperson in, well, person, then have it delivered to my house.
That dash is awful. That engine is great. That transmission is awful. That body is fantastic. Those wheels are awful. And so on and so forth.
“Science, my lad, is made up of mistakes, but they are mistakes which it is useful to make, because they lead little by little to the truth.”
You need to recognize. Minivans are great! They’re not 911s, but they’re so crazy practical that they make up for it. Wait, no. What was I saying? Okay, maybe a Mazda minivan with a manual, which I’ve owned. Really awesome. Slow, but fun.
My word you are preaching to the choir. We’ve all wanted a Mazda 6 wagon here (in the states) forever. The latest one? Drooooooool. Please! I wanted it so badly I bought a 10-year-old 6 wagon. All-wheel-drive, though? Naw. Waste. Too heavy. Unless MZR...
That’s funny. I had a 3.0 V6 Audi for a while (famously) and it delivered all its torque and power before 4k. It was nice to have the torque, but it was boring. My current Mazda doesn’t have much going on below 3k, but over that it screams. Much, much more fun. Also, the first-gen Mazdaspeed 3 has proper old-school…
3800 Torque Monster + featherweight truck = uncontrollable wheel spin. Win?
So it’s pretty much the perfect vehicle, right?
Wow, this thread makes me feel really good about all my automotive purchases and every mechanic I’ve ever worked with.
I never said we needed them.
We have no one to blame for the lack of mainstream electric cars save ourselves. Oh, and Big Oil. Of course.
