Keep going... I want a cabover pickup!
I can’t take credit for this, I believe I got it from somebody else posting it here, but had to share!

I took a slightly different approach to this, I typed in the manufacturer name into google and took the first entry not from my search history, so it will be an odd selection of things Google think I like and what searches are most done (and I guess some advertising dollars, too):

I learned how to do bodywork on my first car, third-hand peeling Corsica!

Or just a modern Michigan State Police interceptor?

Five-day Team O’Neil Rally school. I don’t actually personally know anybody who has done it, but I think it would be a fantastic experience and definitely improve my driving.

Completely agree with your idea that the CA limits should just be the new standard, however unlikely that is. Not sure if the ZEV credit system would or could be extended as well, as I think that’s wrapped into the CA requirement.

To be fair 90% of gas cars have probably 200% or more “grille” as frontal air opening they actually need. It’s definitely part of today’s styling.

This new E+ is supposed to have full TMS, but haven’t seen any of the technical details yet...

FYI, Teslas site has confirmed that they crossed the threshold in July, have incentives phase-out on their website:

I don’t think EVs clear this up at all, see:

No, the Fusion does not use the Powershift trans. Are there issues with the 6MT in FiST/FoST? They aren’t available as autos...

The BMW i3 does directly cool its battery with the refrigerant, though! It’s a super neat system, though I expect the thermal mass of the coolant is pretty valuable in keeping it cool in normal driving conditions, for racing you’d probably be better off getting a slightly better efficiency and losing the weight of the

It’s not really to get you more range, it’s mostly to protect the battery from over heating, which improves the life of the battery. They will also reduce power available to keep from overheating, so the fact that the car went into limp mode and they say the cooling was not functioning as intended definitely checks

They still use glycol as the main coolant for the battery/motors/electronics, but there is also a refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger, so they use the A/C compressor to chill the coolant to keep the battery cool.

Especially because 4th Gen LGT interiors are one of the best organized, quality interiors that have every come out of Subaru...

As a fellow LGT Wagon owner (06 w/ 220k and going strong), I hate to CP it, but with both the trans and uninvestigated engine problems, it’s gonna take a chunk of change to get it back into good mechanical shape, and for the age and body condition (and as was mentioned, likely CO rust) it’s not likely worth it for a

Tell you Watt, that Kilobyte would pair well with my Ram!

Gets binned into “reckless driving”, and is currently absolutely subjective to the cop’s opinion at the moment. Another thing with EVs is they’re quiet as they accelerate at ridiculous speeds, where any Corvette or other vehicle with close acceleration capabilities will be shouting to the world as they accelerate that

Seems like it, have seen a bunch of them in camo driving around SE MI lately.
