Can we all fondly remember on 30 Rock, when Tracy paid the NYP to play this?

Agreed on all points! But Lady Dynamite solidified for me just how niche she is though—everyone I talked to about the show hated it.

She's fast, and thorough, and sharp as a tack…

Machinesayswhat?

Yeah, "breaking up" a news outlet based on unfavorable coverage is unconstitutional, and would be a horrible precedent. Fox News is bad for our country, but not as bad as a government censoring a news outlet.

It's Borenstone, and always has been Borystine. Look it up!

Going on the record: Carrie & Lowell is an all-time great album.

I went to Newport Folk Festival once and Dawes playing. I…didn't watch them.

Also, I'm a little surprised that they aren't well known in Canada…aren't they Canadian?!

I also have to yelp "saussagggeessss" every time I eat, see, or am exposed in any way to the idea of a sausage. Again, people just find it disturbing (which, I suppose, is in line with the sketch's intent in any event)

Whenever says anything even remotely about having pens or losing pens, I'll instinctively yell that out. I don't think I've yet to run across anyone who has known what I was talking about. I think my wife has just been blocking it out for years now.

That happens every time I read an O'Neal article—I hit a turn of phrase a couple lines in and scroll up to confirm. e

And then there was that brief period in the late 90s where some PC game publishers put all their games in weird, triangular boxes: http://digispun.com/wp-cont…

Is your username a Kids In The Hall reference?

This is maybe too obscure to even talk about, but this is how I felt about The Hive, a 1996 PC game. Came right around the time graphics were leaping into CGI and it was a terrible game that I played without enjoyment.

D is for Dodgeball.

I hated Life Aquatic, but loved Rushmore and (especially) Royal Tenenbaums. Worth a relook.

I'd put "cuck" in that running. Ick.
