That’s gotta be some record for longest time flying a remote control helicopter without breaking it.

I chalk it up to a lack of experience

OEM tires can be such a crap shoot. They don’t always pick the best tire, but sometimes a tire that meets a need. Similar situation with Toyota and the Tacoma TRD pro. They put junk all-seasons on it from the factory since A/T or more aggressive tires would ding MPG’s. You could always get dealer installed tires to

The EQS weighs like 2,500 lbs more than the model 3. Plus, it probably has 22" wheels on it ultra-low profile tires. Just really bad configuration.

The EQS starts in the low $100k range so my sympathy is lean for Mr. Semel.

Yeah fake cashiers checks is a thing now, and under no circumstances would I part with my property until both banks involved said everything was straight. Heck a lot of banks put a hold on deposits via check, cashiers or otherwise, for a few days just for that purpose to make sure everything is good on both ends.

When I worked in a bank the only way we would ‘okay’ a deposit like this was if we phoned the issuing bank and verified the issuance of the draft/cheque I wonder if the ‘okay’ was merely they deposited the funds without a hold and the client misunderstood. Either way this is not good, I would suspect this car is in

They have copyright, what they don’t have is the trademark. Seems pedantic but it is a meaningful distinction

An interesting thing I learned about all of this recently is than Nintendo doesn’t have copyright on every Pokemon they have ever made. It would be very very expensive to do so, they mostly maintain Gen1 stuff, Pikachu, the last 2 gens of starters and some but not all legendary pokemon.

Wow, I just (a few minutes ago) wrote a post recollecting the idiotic fans claiming that Musk somehow magiced up some trick to make the CT aerodynamic, and how fucking stupid they were.

No matter how much you stan for him, Elon is never going to notice you.

My ideal two-car solution is a Lotus Elise and a Prius Prime. They also have the same (brand of) engine.

It’s not “to the public”. It was delivered to investors and employees. 11-12 of them, and as far as I remember, they were all on manufacturer’s plates.

Well I guess now I have to watch The Lady And The Dale.

Money laundering.

i’m ok with it. not everyone is looking for hammerpants.

They have clearly taken the crown from BMW driver. Constantly speeding, no clue as to what a turn signal is, cutting out in front of everyone, Telsa is the new entitlement mobile.

Guessing the Ram drivers tend to have DUI incidents and the Teslas have more speeding tickets.

Welding, at a dealer, seems like a pretty sketchy fix.

I can only imagine the room you’re sitting in as you type this. I can imagine the smell, considering my family had several nasty hoarders. You know you can do better, but you refuse to. You think it’s good enough, and that you’re focusing on the more important stuff, like DC-area pizza basements.
