All those quotes reference a second-story window, but your opening paragraph says third-story window. 

They literally had Corvette engines right there in front of them, and instead opted for a heavier, lower displacement, DOHC engine for brand purposes.  It was one engine away from being a perfectly cromulent old man car.

Had an RSX-S, drove my friend’s S2000, test drove one at the dealership. I owned a 2017 Toyota 86 and its transmission wasn’t even in the same league as those two cars. And honestly the RSX’s transmission is much better than the S2000's.

And now that my gripes about the 370Z transmission have been immortalized, I can finally die a happy man.
