Yup. A friend of mine wanted to replace his Element with another Element and they’re super overvalued, and don’t last up for sale for long at all.

I like some weird, horrible stuff, but this is just too much.  The best Fierossa in the world is still worth under $10,000 based out of principle alone.  

Yeah, a 20-year-old Ford is never going to have any usage costs at all associated with it.

Came here to suggest the newest Civic under $5000. Ain’t no way anybody wants a sub-$5000 Element, even an idiot.  

Of course it does. Every year of production the price jumped like crazy until it became a full 6 figure car.  It’s still trying to catch up to itself.

Honestly I avoid independent mechanics like the plague. The long turnaround time, surly attitude, bad communication, questionable part sourcing, vehicle security, and general concern for customer satisfaction are my problems.
