Real commitment to this principle would mean going through and making changes to all versions of Sense out there for people already trapped in its mudhole.

bigotry

I beg your pardon, but you don't understand the different editions of ME3 available. There are only three editions of the game available- N7 Collector's, Digital Deluxe, and Standard. The first two have "From the Ashes". The last does not. There are no different "collector's edition" sets that do not include the DLC.

Not only is this list deceptive, since half of it is unlocking the same piece of DLC (Collector Assault Rifle), but there are other duplicates listed here:

What is truly beautiful about the Homeworld series is that this concept art that you see here truly did become what the game itself looked like.

Fair point, my friend. I can see the danger of simply giving in and buying DLC without realizing the kind of attitude and message we are sending to the creators and publishers of the content.

I'm not going to vilify everyone that disagrees with me, or BioWare/EA/etc, because I'm not going to make the arrogant assumption that my opinion is necessarily the right one. But some points of view seem more irrational than others. I can see both sides, but I still don't get what all the fuss is about.

Those space battles at the beginning of the first video- mixed in with some great music- made me want to shart my pants out of pure excitement.

C'mon, DARPA. You're not fooling anyone out there. Just make Cylons already.

I could've sworn this was posted on here a few months ago...

"Ramen noodles are made to survive Armageddon. [The ones we ate] are made to be eaten/"

Normally I wouldn't get too excited over something like this, but the fact that it's already undergoing FDA trials tells me that this could actually be a reality in the near future.

Precisely. It took me a minute to remember that they also signed on Saul for ME2 (no word on whether or not he'll be in ME3 though).

So apparently hiring two actors from Battlestar Galactica to voice for ME means they've signed on half of the cast?

For some reason I couldn't stop laughing hysterically as the video went on. And here I thought it was going to be juvenile...heh.

I was worried about multiplayer in ME souring a wonderful formula from the past two games, and making the story too crazy to handle.

"What's more, because the seats recline less, you'll have more "onboard personal living space.""

I wonder how long it will take for Europe's UCAVs to communicate with American UCAVs, gain sentience, watch Battlestar Galactica and realize "we could screw all the humans over".

@Duffin Three cheers for this comment!

I know WL died, but it was more of a "what-if" scenario. If they pissed off the government enough to have them shut down that quickly, then that means they are incredibly skilled at finding dirt that governments and businesses try very hard to keep hidden.
