True, true. I have thought about it and decided that people lump all the effects of the tsunami with Fukushima's reactor situation into one big whole...and so it adds gravity to whatever happened to the reactors.

I've been using this app for months and that's not an issue. The messages don't play until you open the app, even if the service is running, so it won't interrupt anything else you're doing.
