I have not seen Lady Bird but everything I’ve read about it makes it sound painfully cliched and obvious, honestly. The Florida Project was incredible and deserves any award it reaps.

I also think it’s super important to respect the victim’s wishes in these cases. She accepted his apology, so we should respect that. She obviously wants the issue closed.

There has to be some path to redemption or people will never have a reason to change. I think if the victim forgives in this case, I forgive.
