I think he experienced the shock we all felt at that first hour.

Yep, I was thinking the same thing. No way to be harsh on Lester because no one really knew what to expect with that first debate. When it became clear that the moderator had to have more control over the debate, Lester did step up. I think he experienced the shock we all felt at that first hour.
You know, I give Lester a break.
I got my master’s degree from NYU, which is as city as you can get. There were plenty folks there who reached the zenith of education in that ‘inner city’.
Well I wouldn’t go THAT far to respect Fox... especially in light of the whole Roger Ailes golden parachute. They still should be boycotted until they are forced out of existence.
He definitely slipped that in at a great time. It was the very end so I don’t think many people caught the gravity of what he was saying. I just cannot wait to vote. I can’t friggin’ wait.
Hey, if there’s one way to get minorities to vote for you, it’s to tell them how fucking worthless they are. Should have been an obvious tactic; haven’t you paid any attention to his women voter outreach?
You weren’t the only one.
And yet he thinks the “inner city” people should take a chance on him because... reasons.
I fucking hated that show because, as I vociferously said at the time, Trump gave me the creeps.
“I’m not saying you’re going to lose *barely contained laughter*”
Did everyone just catch that fucking last line?! About everyone in the “inner cities” being “uneducated”?!?!
I disagree. From “entitlements” to wiki leaks, Wallace couldn’t keep his Faux contained.
He controlled the hell out of the pace of that debate. I thought some of the questions were leading and angled, which is to be expected, but bar none this was the best moderated debate.
Especially when he was openly laughing at Trump. Killin it, C-Wallz
The Apprentice was a garbage show.
That has been the most surprising revelation of the night. Fox News earned some respect tonight.
Aside: Chris Wallace did a pretty decent job, IMHO.
