My grandpa was born in Austria, and that’s all about anyone knew. “Where in Austria?” I would ask, and he’d only say “Near Vienna”. He’d occasionally say something about having to hike the trails down the mountain to go to school, but he never said more. And even with this little bit of knowledge I always knew I would

Came here for the same thing.  There was someone with a harlequin Audi driving around town...made me smile every time I saw it.

Some friends were visiting us from France and the flight home, the airline insisted, was NOT cancelled...just delayed two days.

Oh, oh, one more thing, before I forget...

Don’t forget round!  They should be circular, when viewed in profile.

Sometimes I park in first, sometimes in reverse. But with my gear pattern they’re next to each other, so when I’m leaving the garage I got in the habit of checking to see if I’m in first or reverse about four times before I let out the clutch.  Then I thought, it would be really nice if my gauges turned red or

No, this is GOOD! Let’s not forget, Bruce Wayne drives a Renegade.

We saw one on the highway last week and my 15 year-old daughter said “Hey dad, look at that ugly car! Its HIDEOUS!”.

I’m lucky enough to have this right out my window, so I’ve spent a lot of time up there. I hiked up once with a relative, and in the first five minutes of our return back down we had rain, snow, hail, and we were looking down at lightning in the clouds we were about to enter, and we ended up with strikes all around us.

You’re thinking of “thats-what-i-meant-a-mology”

So is this a post about entomology or etymology?

I’ve been a car guy for over 30 years now, and I just realize I’ve NEVER DRIVEN an RX-7.

My wife thinks I watch too much TV. This is proof she’s wrong.
