I am totally thrown by the one girl wearing a boy scout uniform shirt in the picuture about.  Seems like by 2000 that sorta style was dead.   I associate ironically wearing a boy scout shirt with the early 90s grunge era.  Like flannel shirts, its was the kinda thing you could get cheap at Goodwill.
