What kind of neighbors are going to be impressed with a 17 year-old bottom-tier luxury car?  I don’t want to live in that neighborhood.

That’s a .... Lada horsepower.

So that Ford did not escape ?

The market for older square-bodied pickup trucks is heating up. Decent OBS Fords and Chevy C/10 and K/10's are good investments.

I hear she knows someone who paints houses.

What Transformers movie was that from?

See, that’s why I want a Mitsubishi mirage: I want people to think I have a massive hog

They know who their target market is: Men with small penises.

I sure he was seeing double so four legs = deer.

You know what State Farm didn’t advise? Just drive off and leave the scene of the accident.

You don’t even need to get out of your car, you can just turn around and come back and make sure it was actually a deer.

But anything to be a contrarian I guess.

The deer is just going to keep trying to get away from you. It’s not going to attack.

I’m very curious... I plan on getting RWL tires when my current set need replacing but if they brown like that & never really seem to get clean? I’ll pass...

That’s just what whitewalls and raised white letter tires do. Ask a Boomer about Westley’s Black Magic Bleche-Wite.

Would excessive speeding like this be reduced if all speed limits were based on some sort of scientifically-based actual safe traveling speed, rather than having areas of arbitrary reduced limits, seemingly for no reason other than revenue generation?

This will sound dumb, but I use 800 grit on the white walls if they develop a brown patch on them. You’re not really taking that much material off, it’s like using a foot file to get dead skin off. I got this advice from Coker Tire after a set of their American Classics went brown/tan after a short time.

You can still get tire paint to paint white sidewalls on regular tires, and I imagine it would work just as well for repainting white lettering that had aged, but I suspect that with all of the masking required to get a clean application, it would be more trouble than it’s worth.

that’s annoying. Last set of T/As I had always cleaned up nicely. It’s been 25 years since I had a set though so I suppose it’s a classic case of “don’t make them like they used to”

They should only sell them to blues musicians.
