This article will probably be the dumbest thing I’ll read all day. Steve Bartman did not rob a home run. It was a foul ball and there was a good chance that Moises Alou couldn’t catch it if everyone in the area hadn’t tried to catch it. Unlike last night and the 96 ALCS, Bartman did not reach in to the field of play.

Best article you’ve ever written. I hope it burns for a long time Cubs fans.

“So are we!” - Fan Duel and Draft Kings.

Oh sure. Saves his best playoff game until after he leaves the Pirates.

Deadspin “sports news without access favor or discretion” doesn't have time to report on actual sports. They gotta bitch about a rich guys water usage.

I bet it’s all his wife. My wife is absolutely obsessed about how our yard looks. My mom is obsessed how about their yard looks. My dad and I couldn’t give a shit if you paid us to. So when he gets the water bill, he probably just pays it and lets his wife continue to throw money and water away on pointless crap.

You're welcome Toronto. The Pirates should have shit canned that fool Neal Huntington for that trade alone. Speaking of the Pirates I see the Royals are in back to back ALCS. Big difference between Pirates fail too much. They can't win the division, they can't win Wild Card games. They can't win the NLDS the one time

Pirates fan. I went to the division clincher between Chicago and Pittsburgh in 2003. Had tickets for the Saturday game and went to both games of the double header that Saturday. Wild card game last week made me appreciate the Bartman game even more. But most of my family are White Sox fans, dating back over 100 years.

That was my 31st birthday. Nothing could feel like shit on my birthday cake more than that game. But no tears for me, I saw them win it all twice already and as a Pirates fan I learned to appreciate winning since they had just lost 105 the year before. You wanna talk about tears, see the AFC Championship game against

Geez, I watched the Steelers lose a Super Bowl to the Packers. I just said “fuck” and turned The tv off. Haven’t you seen them win one to four championships in your life? I think anyone who has seen their favorite tea, win it all has no reason to cry after that.

I laughed. Spent a lot of years the late 90’s and early 00’s watch the Astros beat up on the Pirates. So I really enjoyed that. Fun stuff.

I laughed and opened a beer to celebrate. Thank you Marlins.

Wednesday night. 98 wins means not good enough to play more than one playoff game. Before that, game 5 of the NLDS against the Cardinals in 2013. Also. Gerrit Cole is the most overrated pitcher in Pirates history.

Billy Beane no longer General Manager? When did that happen?

I don’t even like football. Why should how the Steelers do or who plays for them have anything to do with the Pirates?

Three straight playoff games where the Pirates faced three pitchers, got one run on 16 hits in 94 at bats. No extra base hits and only two walks. The Pirates hitters in the last three games have a .170/.204/.170. That's pathetic even against aces. If I'm Neal Huntington I'm looking for a new manager because the guy I

He's a fucking piece of shit.

Another year where the Pirates are a fucking joke and laughingstock of an organization. 36 years and counting. And Gerrit Cole is a worthless overrated piece of shit who can’t get it done when it really matters. I am just so pissed off at this team. They can win 98 games but can't win a division title. They need to

I work on a dairy farm and the gay cows are just more fabulous than the straight cows.

Pirates waiting 23 years and counting for their first NL Central division title. The Pirates need to step up their game in 2016. If you got the second most wins in baseball over a three year period, it says a lot when you can't win one division title. It says you really suck and aren't clutch when it matters most.
