This is what Donald Trump used to drive to McDonalds.

Weird. He looks like a little person in that gif.

It used to be a skating/lifestyle brand, but now people are for some reason waiting in line and paying zillions of dollars for their stuff. It reminds me of Ed Hardy a dozen or so years ago.

Between that and Oregon St, it apparently rules up here in Oregon.

After our conversation in this thread over a year ago, I put my money where my mouth is (was?) and bought a manual M-Sport 2012 135i with 38,000 miles from CarMax a couple of months ago for $19,999, which was a competitive price.

Came here for this.

“...a sentient Ed Hardy product.” Brilliant!

Yep, that’s pretty much how I feel about these cars.

As we all know, Carmax has a fantastic 30 day warranty, which saved me $6K straight away on a BMW when I bought it, and there’s also MaxCare, which I’ll be using in a second when I take my BMW in for a check engine light. lol

Rookie. He should’ve gone for the orgy.

Yeah, it’s not even close.

The horsepower to weight ratio of the BRZ is a little better than the Miata, but people do complain about Miata power.

That’s fine. Keep the engine in the regular version. I’m talking about the special tS model. Even just the extra 30-something horsepower from an NA engine like that of the S2000 would have been cool.

It’s not that light of a car, though. Look, I get it. I’ve often argued that the 245-265 horsepower of the 987 base Cayman is more fun than the Cayman S, but 50 horsepower less is pushing it for this weight of car.

I think you got some shell in there!

Yeah, I’m not saying they should add more power to the base model, but, if they’re going through the trouble to make this tS version, they may as well add more to the price and give it more power. If this car had 300hp and was under $40K, I can’t think of many coupes that would compete.

After all these years, I’m at a loss. What is it, exactly, that’s keeping Suburu from offering such a beautiful and nice handling little car with more power? Is it simply a matter of packaging? Surely there’s a way???

Yeah, I agree that the non-amber lenses are debatable, but at least they’re still the same shape. The 996.2 lights really aren’t even close to looking like eggs.

You’ve eaten eggs that have sharp angles and straight lines???
