Yeah good call. Another thing that helped a was moving to a standing desk with a high chair (when I say standing desk I really mean a normal desk on cement cinder blocks haha). I would stand about 1/4 of the day and sit the rest. Really helped my posture and had the added benefit of keeping my elbows off the table.

This happened to me and all I did to fix it was switch my keyboard. I used the stand... deal which forced my elbows out and prevented me from placing pressure on that nerve.

I don’t think people are denying those differences but instead they are challenging the destructive attitudes people have towards non-conformity. When I say “non-conformity” I don’t mean in the willful rebellion against society but rather the idea that, as people, we don’t always fit into some predefined category.

As a software developer I hear this argument from fellow developers all the time. When instead it should be understood that if the majority of people are doing it wrong then perhaps the process or produce could be better.
