Good advice, I really hope I never need.

Well Supes gets his revenge on Alfred eventually :(
That looks like a good plan. With the SmartThings Hub, there are all sorts of possible things you can control.
I went through the process about 9 months ago to convert my place in to a “smart-condo.” I now have the Amazon Echo, Dot, and Tap, and think I might get another Dot. It’s nice to have voice control in every room without having to yell. I’ve really gotten addicted to being able to control things with my voice. It’s…
I keep up pretty well with Echo new features and haven’t seen it yet. It isn’t in the most current version of the app yet either. But, when I have more time I’ll try to investigate more.
I got mine refurbished from woot/amazon awhile back. It goes on sale frequently.
If you have a Logitech Harmony universal hub/remote system, you can use IFTTT to control things through your Echo. I use it to turn my living room TV systems on and off. “Alexa trigger TV on” or “Alexa trigger TV off”

I suppose you could load up a barbell to if you want to do it at home (where I usually work out).
If anyone wants to apologize to me, I am pretty easy:
There’s a bad joke about her liking to give lots of head in there somewhere

It was an observation regarding the rate of replies and time correlation. I didn’t really provide much of a hypothesis or further explanation. It could simply mean that Sander’s supporters are more organized in responding to articles on the web. Not everyone works during the day or can’t use the web during the day at…
An aside...I’ve observed that these sort of articles tend to get a huge influx of Sander’s supporters comments fairly quickly during the day/afternoon, but then the Clinton leaning supporters catch up replying later in the day/evening. This started out a little differently as it started on Jezebel/the slot and then…
I think they have less risk of injury because you are free to just drop them if really needed. You can’t do that with barbells (other than rolling them perhaps). I try very hard to avoid ever having to drop because I work out at home and with fairly heavy weights. I don’t want to destroy my floors even with my heavy…
I thought the reverse grip bench press was a tricep exercise.
I feel the same. I’m never been a fan of barbell presses. Once you build your auxiliary muscles to get good form, the dumbbell presses just feel right to me. I’ve had great gains with dumbbells; however, if you are trying to get YUUGE, then eventually you’ll have to switch to barbell I think.
Nothing wrong with the machines, but I don’t think you strengthen the stabilizer/auxiliary muscles very well. However, I think you can use different machines to compensate.
