Thanks for making me hungry for guacamole while I have none of the core ingredients. Avacado-go grocery shopping, and I don’t feel like it.

There are sober Scottish guys?

Also, most every password manager that is cloud based is designed such that the data is encrypted and cannot be accessed by the provider without your master password (that is converted into the key). Even iCloud keychain cannot be decrypted by Apple even though the other iCloud backup data can be decrypted on subpoena.

Yeah, I find Evernote perfect for most everything. I just ignore the things I don’t use. I think the interface is fairly minimal anyway.

When I experimented with it, it didn’t work very well. For very simple pages, it works ok, but most pages seemed to lose a lot of formatting and made the content difficult to read.

Hmmm...

I’m glad you explained the “Zombie Superman” because for a second I thought I was hallucinating Bizzaro again.

I’ve trained myself to get satisfaction from clicking the buttons to extend the due date on the tasks I keep procrastinating on. If you use Todoist, it even encourages you to enjoy your evening once you’ve moved all the things you didn’t do today to be due tomorrow just the same as if you had completed them.

Think of the cool new drugs they can have by then. The government gets in the drug dealing business and we will all just chill out. It’ll be a brave new world.

If time constrained, then you could also alternate sets on different muscles (super sets) so as to increase the rest period between the same muscles a bit. You might have to be strategic so as not to do exercises that rely on the same auxiliary muscles. Of course, this could be problematic in a busy gym.

I don’ t think that is necessarily the case. It depends on the intensity (how much weight you are working with) and the total volume (number of sets/reps) that you are doing. If you are going to near failure on a set and doing enough weight that you are in the range for strength building (or mass building), which is

I’ve observed this in my own lifting routines. I need 2.5 to 4 minutes rest depending on the exercise or the next set ends with a lot fewer reps. Abs are the only one where I only rest 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes between sets depending on the amount of weight I’m doing and particular exercise.

If all of Clinton’s top staffers were male, you can be certain people would be attacking her relentlessly over it, so it seems fair to criticize Sanders about it.

Wisconsin likes their roads like the Swiss like their cheese, ay?

Good tips.

I am in the same boat. They don’t take into consideration location or other cost of living in making the determination - it is seemingly arbitrary.

Not sure what you mean by this as a VPN isn’t for blocking anything so much as it is for encrypting and concealing your traffic from your local network/ISP or getting access to a private remote network securely as thought it were local.

The maxed out Air with the i7 cpu is quite a bit more capable than the core M on the MacBook and the difference is enough for my work. Also not crazy about the one port limitation and keyboard, but the haptic feedback on the touchpad is nice.

The only time I’ve really watched someone else play online was when I was trying to learn how to do something that I hadn’t been able to figure out on my own. I can sort of see the attraction though especially in the social aspect of it if you play online games. It seems like a good way to learn the lingo/jargon of
