Thanks for the tips! I cloned my war base as my regular base, and I have almost gone from gold III to crystal I since then. I just don’t really care for that they are -forcing- one style of play. Everyone I know on and offline has a similar opinion, but I’m glad you have found fun in the game again!

The upsetting part is the dramatic change in how the game treats lower level players, and the change in general. Don’t make an old game a new game, make a new game!

This might be super small news, but I noticed a lack of reporting in general (across all the gamer-style news) about the terrible, game-killing update from Clash of Clans. I’d love Kotaku to cover this to shame ‘Sup, Urkel into fixing the game back into playable status for non-top-rankers... After that terrible…
