My PC hasn't been high-end for a looooooong while now, and I'm averaging 50+ FPS with every settings on high or ultra quality using 2x GTX 650 Ti BOOOST in SLI. The game runs beautifully and fluidly for me, and the gameplay is far from deceiving. I have no idea what you're talking about.

What? Sorry but no, my PC is hardly high end and I can run it just fine. Nothing about it says crappy port, though I am playing it with a controller so if the kb/m controls are weird then maybe but you didn't mention that.

I was happy to see not much of a difference between ultra and high settings, since I could only play smoothly on high. Having played GTAV with my 360 hooked up to my PC monitor, its easy to see just how damn amazing this game looks in comparison.

here's a simple rule :
1. FPS -> higher is better (especially in FPS/3rdPS goddamit!)
2. Resolution -> higher is better
