For $200K, can this guy buy FCA?
How about save your money and use it to maybe put a down payment on a house somewhere that’s not as shitty as NJ...

Whats the issue here?
It definitely looks like a mashup of a 1999 Eclipse and a first gen Z4 coupe.
Great response. I will heed your advice. And after the car is launched and flops, I will bring this back to your attention.
While developing what became the 86, they started out insisting that it have a certain low-slung look. Then they realized they didn’t have an engine which could fit under the hood. Rather than compromise the design, they bought a non-negligible fraction of Subaru so they’d have access to a flat engine.
Thanks for highlighting the wheel in the Gif so I know where to look 👍
I used to work at a used car dealership and I have driven a lot of bmws, mercedes, audis, and VWs. Even the worst european models didnt use the hard brittle plastic that the american cars do. I am sure there are exceptions, bad interior quality euro cars and good interior american cars, but that has not been my…
I had one as a rental car - I told everyone Dodge made a deal with Rubbermaid to design the interior. They would give you some leftover spaghetti at the rental counter to ‘try it out.’
I enjoyed this article, basically because I agree. All the cars/SUVs mentioned are sad. But I don’t think it’s just this era. Chrysler might have made better looking cars but they are still made like crap. Example 300 is a beautiful car but it’s crap inside. Dash rattles, interior creeks because of cheap plastic,…
Kind of hard to take Russia seriously when their GDP is comparable to that of a few Chinese cities.
I was a professional driver for a decade, and have driven 100s of vehicles. The Dodge Avenger was by far my least favorite. Complete piece of shit. Less redeemable than any of the Kcars, less enjoyable than the post-accident/pre-scrapyard Subaru Forester, with worse feel than the 30 year old full size school bus. The…
When David Tracy calls your car a piece of shit... man, that hurts.
I had a 2010ish 200 as a rental at one point. Almost brand new, like 10k on the clock and less than a year old. It was the worst car I have ever driven. The thing was borderline unsafe at speeds over 80; the suspension was so poorly tuned that potholes, expansion joints, etc. at that speed would send it heaving and…
The interior quality of their current lineup is still shit. Worse than GM and Ford, who are both considerably worse than the Europeans. Even the top end stuff is not good quality.
I’m sure the comments here will defend all of the noted vehicles, especially the Sebring/200. Just because you worked hard in order to buy a new Caliber doesn’t make it a good car or even a decent one.
I got a little sick scrolling past the Sebring. What a vile beast.
