I think the front seats are just all the way back in the photo

A smooth ride and comfortably fitting 4 isn’t something most sedans can offer these days.  These cars were great at what they were made for.

It’s too bad most sedans these days don’t comfortably fit 4 like these did.  This would make a great nostalgic road trip car, but not at this price.

Man, comments like these are why Kinja needs a downvote button lol

My god, 50 miles?  How much of your life are you wasting commuting every day?  Time to move or find a closer job.  Life is too short to spend hours in a car every week.

    A Boring Dystopia.

You should do some more research into this. With a level 1 charger that just plugs into a standard wall outlet, you can get 30-50 miles of charge over an 8 hour period. Most people have 12-14 hours at home after their work day. Unless you have a super long commute, you don’t need to upgrade your home wiring for level

No, because you could get a much newer car (and most importantly modern crash safety) with similar miles for around the same price. It’s just not worth it.

    BaTshit crazy.

This isn’t a capable 4x4.  It doesn’t even run without starter fluid.  Bad take bro, bad take.

Can you just get a different brand USB C and/or Thunderbolt dock instead?

One of the biggest cases of “I know what I’ve got” syndrome I’ve ever seen.  Pound sand, buddy. Pound sand.

But wait, what if someone hits YOU?

I think you’re wrong here. Yeah it’s super boring and looks pretty ugly, but it’s a nice price for a daily driver/winter car/beater.

Also a great car for your kid to die in when they slam the brakes, lose all grip due to lack of ABS, then hit another car and no airbag goes off.

My god, how much do you have to hate your teenager to put them in a 35 year old econobox made out of tin foil with no ABS and no airbags? Do we need to send child protection services over there??

Well, a fool and his money are soon parted.

Does this thing even HAVE airbags??

I don’t care how low the mileage is, or what condition it’s in: No 35 year old commuter car with it’s abysmal safety standards is worth more than $3000.  Massive No Dice.

Dang, can you help me get a better job?
