Hot tip regarding that leftover rice:
1. Sprinkle a little water on it, not enough to make it soggy but enough to dampen it noticeably
2. Wrap it in a wet (not dripping) paper towel
3. Nuke
4. Eat

I use this method to reheat any rice dish that tends to absorb the remaining moisture in the fridge and get dry on you.…

Except that General Tso’s sauce is infinitely superior to orange chicken sauce and comes with those little dried chiles.

Yeah I voted for Marnie for that reason. I think the chilis in the Tso’s makes a big difference though.

Marnie gets my vote for the only thing I ever get at Chinese takeout: orange chicken. Pork fried rice is a side and does not count.

How is General Tso’s not on this list anywhere?
