Anyone else looking for proof that BMW has truly lost its way? Here ya go.

Oh yea I agree with you that there could be some good cases. The three year terms for instance would work for someone whose leasing their car.

I think the distinctions that needs to be made with any subscription are:

Yeah, and it isn’t just the wiring, but the little switches and diodes and the like which are running at high currents because of low voltage and now could run at low currents because of the high voltages. Higher voltage has issues, but so does high amperage on a lot of things, so you get into a realm of “does

Mid 90s, my ex-father-in-law had a Buick dealer where he knew the service manager. Even had said mgr loan him *his* car at times. He bought nothing but Buicks from *that* dealer. The sales team was all salaried w/o significant commissions. Best of both sides buying/service.

Your spending a lot of time worrying about wiring/electricals when the most vulnerable component to fail is the battery.

It won't at what they paid for it. Having seen them at multiple Manheim auctions, they walk around with a tablet, punch in the numbers, and it tells them what to pay. If they didn't but it first time around, it's because carvana paid above the number, because they will 100% go to the number.

Carmax wants nothing to do with Carvana.

You want to proliferate EVs to the public, they MUST be affordable.

The 6000 SUX from Robocop...that brilliant.

This is the most underrated comment of all time.

I’d love one of these... If it was built on a non-shit car platform.

I’m not sure a car can age badly when everybody knew it was a disaster as soon as it rolled out of South Bend. Agreed, though: Packard, cool. Studebaker, cool. Packardbaker, NO.

I’ve seen a few of these in person; they are even worse than in the photos. A true bucket-O-parts.

The awfulness of PLC’s is what makes them so endearing today. (first car: ‘77 Buick Regal)

See I think these are absolutely awesome and one thing I hope about the coming EV revolution is that coachbuilders can build modern versions of these on electric skateboard chassis.

Not embarrassed to say I love the audacity of these cars.

The 00's being vintage...
