No, I don’t really know the job history or length of employment of each author.

trlgrl(2) specifically addressed it to Jezebel, and I suspect the editors will somehow see it here. And it’s long overdue.
So.
Hahahhahahahaa of course they were fucking lying. They are human garbage, well Kim is mostly plastic at this point.
The only way this gets into the public consciousness is if it gets exposed. If anything, this serves as a huge alarm bell to the other companies if they’re doing the same things. You don’t want to wind up on the front page for doing at least the bare minimum? Change your practices.
I work at UPS. You’re completely on the mark here. The info we have posted is mostly recycled from flu outbreaks, and there has been no effort at all to keep workers even three feet apart.
If any employees from FedEx or USPS decide to reach out to tell me about conditions there, we’ll report on them. This isn’t a hit piece; I have no beef with UPS, but when multiple workers are reaching out to talk about these conditions, it deserves to be reported. No one is trying to stir up paranoia, just expose…
I’m a driver out of Worcester MA, and I can corroborate all the reports you’re getting.
Sad to see that someone with a balanced take and conscious understanding of the actual needs of the industry essentially forced out due to lack of funding. This is the kind of person I want developing this technology, not a bottom-line focused investment firm or “disruptive tech” bro.
EMINENT BROMAIN!
“we need your Land Rover”
“For your contribution, here is a check for $10,000....but for some reason our accounting department issued checks for $15,000. Just deposit the check, mail us $4,000 cash and keep and extra $1,000 for your troubles.”
You see, Jalopnik did a site-wide audit, and your name came up as one that did not originally pay to be out of the greys . . .
It’s important to remember that this effects buyers of new Teslas as well. If you buy a $20,000 feature that cannot be transferred when you sell the car, that’s an instant $20,000 of depreciation right there. Your $100,000 car’s value on the used market is only $80,000, before you even buy it.
I liked Tesla, but this whole situation has soured Tesla for me... I have no respect for a company that does shit like this. Seems to me that this is something the DOT should be getting involved in.
Also: I’ve literally been reading this website for many years now, and somehow, for some reason, someone put me back into…
It’s a very annoying and stupid thing Tesla is up to. I mean if it’s on a car when being sold, taking it off later amounts to theft. The argument that it’s a software and is licensed to the first owner doesn’t hold water.
TIL that golf carts are ridiculously expensive. I don’t know what I would consider a good price...maybe 1/3 that? Jesus, $9k.
Autibianchi! I was thinking Lancia. Such a cute lil bambino, my cat though is bigger.
During the actual trial would have been a great time for that. I’m guessing it didn’t work.
