I have been consistently irked by the lack of a player model.

It’s starting to feel like No Man’s Sky is less a game than a platform for long-term content.
I’m almost guessing that this didn’t start as a sequel to Primal Rage, but then they added in the transformations and the Primal Rage animations and assets in an effort to make everything more compelling.
The little diaper station in the background really completes the composition.
I’ll give them credit for continuing to grow what this game is. Unfortunate that they promised universes.
I am old, and forget. Plus this looks EXACTLY like an EA game aping an Assassins Creed game to me. Fine, then.
This feels like a potential pivot. I’m sure EA is all about keeping the LOTR license but it wouldn’t surprise me if in a few years we get all this Nemesis malarkey in a wholly EA-owned IP. Like, say... Dragon Age: Shadow of War.
There is this curious thing where so few of us actually have to live with Mel Gibson personally, so we get the luxury of hearing about his shithead behavior secondhand instead of having to endure it ourselves. Dude must have some acumen to be able to make movies at all, but I sure as hell wouldn’t ever want to even be…
I knew I remembered that correctly. Thank you.
I mean, this is nice, but Google has a mind-melting amount of money at its disposal. I’m glad they dedicated 11 million to this, but...I’m sure they allocate a hell of a lot more to their ‘mad science division’ which is basically projects intended to fail.
Read this as ‘Tanuki Problem’
Eh, I’m fine with this. Word of mouth travels quickly on these sorts of things. Anyone worried about the relative quality/quantity of major DLC like this will quickly find Day One reports on if it’s worth anyone’s time.
Looks like Chris Pine.
That second gif is very disturbing. Nobody’s balls do that.
I’ll be the guy who suggests that these are in-game renderings on the Death Stranding engine that Kojima is trying to pass off as a real location.
I have mixed feelings-the production values look very very strong, but at the same time, this also looks like they took everything unique out of Prey and added what they liked from System Shock and Half-Life. Which could still be an excellent game, but one that keeps reminding me of other games I liked more that did…
Plus, I don’t know about you, but ambitious undertakings successfully funded by Kickstarter ALWAYS make their originally planned release date.
This is something marevelous right here.
Much as I admit a fascination for the misguided attack-dog that Darth Maul was, and even admit a grudging approval for him coming back with robot legs, if only for the potential of further character development,
