*accepts excuse, continues dancing*
I just saw Marvin Gaye! He was at the mall!
More like Monuments to the Pale and Elderly.
I could have gotten behind that one.
I liked his Netflix stand-up special and everything but, damn. Talk about Fallon-ing your way to the top job.
I haven't seen The Jinx, but I recognized Jeanine Pirro because of the crappy court show she had a few years back. (Which has, apparently, given rise to a different crappy court show that is currently airing on Fox News.)
FWIW, I think those were actually those Squeezit knockoffs Kool Aid put out.
I'm not saying faith can't be beneficial. I'm saying that it's not the same as treatment.
I hope they keep pushing that movie back until the Sun goes red giant.
As much as there is to say about that article, I'm just gonna leave it at "LOL, U MAD".
Your goalpost-moving arguments about the legality of petitions and libel (i.e., the thing you're calling "slander") are the strawmen, and I haven't run from you at all.
"Kanye shouldn't be allowed to perform at Glastonbury because_________"
I think it's unfortunate that you're just calling me names instead of articulating why the guy shouldn't be allowed to perform for people who'd like to see him.
I'm still interested in any response you might have to the questions I posed.
If I lived near a giant festival, I would rather see the artists I would rather see, rather than the artists who I rather don't want to see. This seems sensible.
So you don't have an answer, then?
If you don't like someone's personality or music, stand in front of a different stage. Why is this particular guy being treated like a criminal from whom festivals must be protected? The petition calls him "threatening". Threatening to whom?
Every single one of you should just stand in front of a different stage while he's performing. The fact that such a simple, obvious solution isn't enough—and that denigrating his work and removing him is—is what's racist.
Like I said, you'll understand once you've grown up. Until then, keep grasping at straws and calling names. It's definitely working.
