Every time I listen to Aaliyah's "If Your Girl Only Knew" (which is still pretty often) I think of the 1996 Rock N' Jock halftime show. In my mind, those entities will forever exist in parallel.

Octavia Spencer just played the fourth or fifth banana on that series about sick teenagers that just got cancelled. That's kind of bad for someone who's barely four years removed from an Oscar.
