This tactic is nothing new. I always assume quotes for movies, games, music, shows, etc are taken way out of context (because they always are, and have been for decades)

There is no disconnect between TFA and TLJ, but there is a disconnect between TLJ and TROS because JJ Abrams threw a fit that Rian wasn’t playing with his toys correctly.

Maybe some of these shows were cancelled because they had zero audience and most people had never heard of them (looking at you Grand Army and Partner Track, both of which I just learned about from this slideshow).

I’m pretty sure Havana Syndrome isn’t a real thing, it was just a convenient excuse for the Trump administration to abandon Cuba and turn the country into an American enemy again. Its in line with Trump’s goal of dismantling everything Obama did.
