Yes. It is very hard for them. When your outlook is that black people are really just pets that perform for you, either on stage or on a basketball court, it can really difficult to acknowledge them as PEOPLE. It would be like honoring a dog, rather than the trainer.

It kinda feels right to me for a Netflix season to have 8 episodes. After all, I think everyone can agree that one episode last season was completely droppable so forcing a slightly more constrained running time makes sense.
