They didn't change with the times. There is huge room for innovation in the camera field and they stagnated. They deserve what they got for not moving forward.

My brother was a cop for a few years. There was so much corruption and wrong-doing that he ended up quitting and going back to school for something else. Some do their job, but some do not and we have a right to call them on it. That's a good thing. The bad comes from when we paint all cops as corrupt and evil. It's

I understand the app ACCESSING my address book to find friends, but why did it have to DOWNLOAD it to their servers? It makes no sense to me.

Apple's ecosystem is definitely it's strength.

"...and darn sure isn't ever considered a price leader."

With Google making 2/3 of it's advertising profits on iOS.

"All that said, you're not going to feel a speed deficiency in the Galaxy Nexus unless you're doing some really heavy gaming. In which case, you don't need a cellphone anyway because you're 13 years old and nobody calls you." [added later without brachets: "I kid, I kid."]

The writers at Gizmodo can't seem to make up their mind on what they like or dislike. I'm confused. Siri works great for me and I have a strong southern accent. Even if it gets a sentence i say technically wrong, it still interprets what I want perfectly because of the AI. I use it everyday.

They should just make the whole OS a web app. I have to admit...I'm impressed.

As Douk said in his earlier post, the 3GS out-of-contract price is $375 which is how much (+- $20) my sisters Cricket wireless phone was at the time she purchased it.

Sixth response: please remove your belt, shoes and jacket, and empty your pockets.

There are cheap iPhones. The $0 3GS and $99 iPhone 4. Even the 3GS would destroy one of those cheap Cricket Wireless Android phones. I would know because my sister has one. Of course it took a couple hours of wading through preloaded crapware for me to get it usable for her.

I disagree. Making a completely separate "game store" app is the wrong way to go. With the App Store, iTunes and the iBookstore, it's already getting too crowded on my main home screen. I can't even put all the preloaded apps that come with a new iPhone on one home screen. It's getting to the point of ridiculousness.

Another thing to try:

Just FYI for the Android users comments:

How does Apple "make you want to get a new phone by denying you features"? Smart phones improve after every iteration; it's just common sense. My iPhone 3GS stayed completely current software-wise even through the release of the 4S. Actually your whole comment is incredibly blind and asinine especially given the proof

I would pay. I have in the past since hotels are already starting to do this. Usually the fee is small (like $10 or $20) compared to the cost of the room. If the internet is reliable and fast then I have no qualms. My only issue is if they start charging outrageous amounts for it. This could happen, especially if they

Seems to be a firmware problem that I have been having as well. My wife's 4S blows it out of the water so there's something wrong there.

It's not the thinnest. Not with the huge lump. Hasn't this been officially settled already?
