Depends on your current states laws. I know New York even taxes potential expected income for something like an annuity, so depending on where you live when you win, it could go in any direction.

F that noise! This is one of my biggest pet-peeves ever... a “door close” button should close the damn door.

This is amazing! So much work done! I can’t wait to watch these :)

This sounds awesome, but I’m still puzzled as to why they wouldn’t make it a whole-home/whole-network permissions proxy. It seems like they went through a whole lot of extra effort to make it work as a wireless proxy for a single wireless network when they could’ve made it a whole-home catch-all device. If you can set

I’ll just leave this here...

Lol. My freshman year, I called my parents once between the time I went to college at the end of August and came home for Thanksgiving, and they asked me what was wrong that I needed to call them for.

King Joffrey & Sam: changing your views on the death of children since you started watching TV

For me at least, I’m more bothered by the fact that in a totally open, role-playing world, certain characters are just invincible. Contemplate for example, a firefight breaking out in a town. If certain characters in that town are invincible, then you don’t really think anything of opening fire into a crowd of people,

NO. There is nothing wrong with the term illegal immigrant. This is total BS PC nonsense. If you are IN AMERICA ILLEGALLY then you are an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT. I don’t understand why this is so hard for people to understand.

Where’s the option for lazy *ssholes who want to avoid doing work at all costs but are still somehow employed?

I feel like you’re misunderstanding where I’m coming from. I’m not anti-medicine at all. We delivered at a hospital, in a delivery room, with a midwife. Having a midwife does not always mean that someone is having a homebirth, or going to a birthing center - in fact, most widwives prefer to do deliveries in hospitals,

We were already at the hospital. A lot of people are thinking that having a midwife means you’re having a homebirth, but that’s not true. We went to the hospital when my wife was going into labor, just as someone normally would. The only difference is that instead of an OB delivery the baby in a room in the maternity

You misunderstand. We were already at the hospital. We delivered with the midwife in a hospital delivery room. If she needed to have a c-section, they would have just wheeled her down the hall to surgery. Midwives are not exclusively for homebirths - ours was partnered with our hospital.

Judging from your story, I think you’re probably right in that you would’ve gotten totally different treatment from an OB. Glad things worked out for you as well.

I had 9 groomsmen, and my wife had 9 bridesmaids. It was amazing fun, and everyone had a great time. Honestly, when we knew we were getting married we sat down and separately wrote out who we wanted in the bridal party. I grew up across the country, and I’ve been here in Florida for a handful of years now, and I have

What? This is total bullsh*t... How would they even enforce this? “You can’t take an Uber. - I’m not that’s my friend - Oh, ok.” The entire point of Uber is that it’s a ride sharing service... how is that any different than a friend picking you up?

My wife and I just had our first child, and having a midwife went a LONG way towards making her feel comfortable with the process. She felt uncomfortable with her OB because they were so “this is how we’ve always done it”, and the OB always provided very generic advice that frankly, was pretty outdated sometimes. We

How much is moderate? You say “five cups”, but is that 5 cups daily? Weekly? 5 cups OVER 30 years?! The suspense is killing me :(

$57? Seriously? WTF Norwegian...
