They barely get over 100˚. You ideally want to be around 120˚ for at least 20 minutes, and ideally 90 minutes to get the eggs. When my home was treated it they got it up to 130˚. Bedbugs are a fucking nightmare, btw. I don't wish them on my worst enemy. It cost us $3300 to get rid of them, and so much stress.
