I sure hope that it's nowhere near as buggy as the Squeezebox line. Geez.

@cc: Cheaper than a new phone, and really, there are other features. The sync feature works quite well.

Well, dang it.. I was looking for the unattractive people because they're the ones that put out! *bah-dum..ching!*

Yup, because this has NEVER happened to Verizon... (it has) or T-Mobile.. (it has) ..hmm.. MetroPCS then?

@Igor Neumann: I don't care about video chat on my cell phone, but I think it's great for home use. My wife uses Skype to talk to various family members & friends around the country several times a week. Her family is also using it to talk to other folks as well. The problem that we run into is Comcast on their end.

I have not seen any mention of the NFL, though. I've seen NBA, World Cup, etc.. but not NFL games. Are they going to be the cockblockers they usually are? :/

I like it. The wife and I can both charge our iPhones and something like this is less likely to get moved around the house. We have a problem with the teenager losing his iPod cable and taking ours. This might thwart that. Hopefully...

I live in Texas. I probably wouldn't even think twice about seeing something like this.

One of our local newscasters cracked a joke about this. He said that the neighbors must be thrilled, they can tell friends that they live three driveways down from the plane crash.

It feels good to have a date? We DID have a date, and y'all missed it! We don't feel good about this. November is still a while away, and I've been less impressed with Boxee as time goes on. XBMC has improved a lot, though.

Southeast != "nationwide." Been fine all around Dallas/Ft Worth. And as others have said, it's OK in cities in Florida too.

@SophT: Correct mp3s in Songbird. iTunes doesn't insert album art into the metadata, iirc, it uses its own collection. Fix mp3s in Songbird (including album art) and play them in iTunes. I've had good luck with that so far.

@Al Swearengen: Huh? You can already do this. If you're lazy, a product like TuneUp might work for you. :)

I have a 2008 Ford Fusion with SYNC in it, and it's pretty cool. But this is WAY more cool, and I'm kicking myself for not buying a 2010 model. :/

@quillaja: Ford SYNC has something similar to what you're talking about called the "Vehicle Health Report" feature.

I'd still rather see T-Mobile as the second carrier for Apple stuff. New HSPA+ network seems to be pretty spiffy, customer service is good, prices are decent. The only thing they lacked was a native iPhone. (not including unlocked phones)

Aw, no love for all of the Tri Cities, eh? Poor Richland, WA. Left behind again.
