I have never understood this mindset that plus size women aren't worth catering to, since I've yet to meet a single plus size woman who walks around bare assed naked all day. We wear clothes just like the rest of the population, thanks. And we represent a large part of the population since America is like soooooo fat

Does that thing actually work? I've always been curious but have never known anyone to actually use one. Is it semi permanent or does it require regular maintenance like waxing?

What waste? I do the same! My friend and I are STILL talking about a sandwich we ate like three years ago. It was a really great sandwich. Now if you'll excuse me, I have.... ah, things to do. Yeah. Things.

Ugh. This. My mom is a teacher and I was a teacher. Now I work in oil and gas. It's constant "you just don't know how tired I am" but I do. Really. I used to teach. Now I work 65+ hours a week, 10 days on 4 days off and I switch back and forth between nights. All work is hard. All of it. That's why it's called work.

I might. Mr. Sattler looooves short hair and it was super cute, but no one told me it would be more work than long. Ponytails are da bomb.

Oh god. I forgot about the mullet. Thankfully, a well timed trim took care of that problem.

As a person who went from pixie short to shoulder length in a little over a year, I'm gonna go with the latter. I wore a hat for the entire month of August 2013. It was awful!

Oh yeah!

I. Am. So. Jealous. So jealous I'm incapable of proper punctuation.

I'm a chemist today because of this book!

Do you know about Amalah? I'm not a parent yet (Mr. Sattler and I still want a couple more childless years), but I looooove her writing. It's funny and honest. All the beauty of having kids with the WTF moments of having kids. She's a lot like Tracy in that way. I can't recommend her enough. It's going to be fun going

I'm so glad my husband and I aren't the only people who have an mst3k based relationship! We like to go to terrible movies in the middle of the day and quietly mock them from the back row. Also, GO HOME JOE!

Just because she does a lot of charity work doesn't mean she isn't also an idiot. They aren't mutually exclusive traits. I think its a bit idiotic to have hundreds of thousands of dollars in designer merchandise and a closet bigger than three of my apartments and then claim to be some kind of humanitarian just because

That's about the long and short of it.

Don't forget running away from genetically modified motherfuckin dinosaurs!

Well, he sounds delightful.

Depends on where in Spring. Aside from the shooting that happened last week, nothing ever happens other than minor car break-ins and the such. We live north of the creek in Klein ISD, not actual Spring ISD, which is terrible. We're Woodlands Lite, without the property taxes and crazy HOAs. Boo-yah!

Is there a dislike button in Kinja?

My husband and I are currently discussing whether we want to buy a house in Spring or rent in the Galleria/Montrose/Upper Kirby area while we are still young and childless. I'm nervous about waiting a year because the impending arrival of Exxon just means the property values are gonna sky rocket. It's a bizarre place,
