One thing which I don't quite get: Last season, the kid who got killed by Stick was called a "Black Sky" as well, if I'm not mistaken.

Haha, good point! But I suppose her state of mind was not the best during this ordeal.

My main problem was that I was getting bored of the ninja fights.

Matt telling anyone what to do in "his" city and how he's the only one who can save it usually feels pretty patronizing. At least to me.

Yeah, that was a pretty strong giveaway to me that it was him.

I just figured that Frank and his family accidentally got caught in the crossfire that day. But maybe we'll get more concrete info at some point.

Also, if I remember right, there isn't just one Black Sky. The kid who got killed by Stick last season also bore that label if I'm not mistaken.

I'm also talking about those scenes where he's covered in blood and just killed dozens of men.

Yeah, unless they pull a major twist, most of episode 13 is pretty clear by this point.

Have to say, as soon as I figured out the colonel was appearing in this episode, I remembered something about "pure heroin" and "middle east" from earlier episodes, and it seemed pretty obvious who he was from that point on. It's not like "soldiers getting into the drug trade" is a new trope. I suspect people more

Yeah, the sheer number of ninjas kinda knocked them down from "Ninjas, awesome!" to "Oh, these guys again. Alright Matt, get on with it. Sigh." Law of diminishing returns, Conservation of Ninjutsu and all that.

Yeah, I thought the same and figured Frank and his family were just there by accident.

That entire scene was pretty awesome in my opinion. Yeah, Frank just told DD that his "way is bullshit", but once Daredevil accepts that, maybe just this once, a more permanent approach would be required, Frank still has enough appreciation for DD to stop him from crossing that line.

I'm going to need to pay attention to that once I do a rewatch, thanks! If that's a conscious choice by D'Onofrio, I'd say that's some pretty nice work.

Indeed, that entire plan sounds pretty ridiculous.

Indeed. I remember in officer training school, one of the main points which was drilled into us was to convey to our subordinates what they were about to be ordered to do, and why.

Once I realized that actor was showing up again in that episode, I was pretty sure it was him, based on both economy of characters and one bit of information given earlier in the season about the Blacksmith. But I didn't realize it until then.

but I became really, REALLY impatient with any storyline that didn't involve Frank Castle.

I think the timeline has quite a few discrepancies in it, once you really start thinking about it. I've decided not to dwell on that too much to be honest.

I'm a heterosexual dude and I probably wouldn't report him!
