They will have some big shoes to fill with all the characters they've killed off this season, that's for sure. But I'm pretty optimistic that they'll be able to do that. But look at it this way: This is also an opportunity for new awesomeness. Also, having fewer characters means more time with them (not that I know

True, technically speaking they would never run out of material.

I really hope (and think) that Bunker will be back, would be pretty anticlimactic having him die like that.

Agreed, I don't really get the impression that this show is going to end with people riding happily into the sunset together.

I think the pairing of Bunker and Brock has some great potential in that regard.

Intense indeed. I've said it once or twice already, but in the scene between him and Brock when he was explaining how screwed up he is, I almost felt like he could cut the air in that room.

Could have been a man with hard soles on his shoes, or not? If so, maybe even Dalton? His rather mute "Fuck me." at the end gave me the impression that he knew whoever was coming to him.
All speculation of course. ;-)

I think Kai saw her failings partially as his responsibility since only his rather lax approach to her behavior this season (i.e. not keeping a close eye on her and what she did inside his operation) allowed her to do those things in the first place.

Yeah, that would be my guess as well. Or he was left behind slightly longer than the rest of the personnel for administrative mopping up or somesuch.

While Switzerland's population can on occasion be xenophobic or even racist, depending on the issue and where you go (not against tourists, we like them since they bring money, but against immigrants who are here to stay), we've never really had anything akin to the enslavement of an entire group of people or racial

The first season (sometimes also found under Strike Back: Origins if I'm not mistaken) was a british-only production, so there's no boobies, but the action and characters hold up well, and it directly ties in with the following seasons (though not so tightly that you'd be confused if you didn't watch it). From season

Hm, I'm torn. On one hand, trivial banter can be hilarious fun, especially when mixed with a very tense undercurrent.

Yeah, we're only getting one more season of Strike Back unfortunately. Bummer. Then again, still better than running it into the ground I suppose.

Yup, I think as far as the military was concerned that base was empty and closed.

Fully agreed on Bunker, both the character and the actor I think are going to be great next season. That scene between him and Brock when Bunker is explaining how fucked up he really is, I thought he was going to cut the air in the room he was so tense. Also loved Brock's reaction to him, giving him just the right mix

"Home tattoo removal with the brothers Bunker" sounds like some weird reality TV show to me.

And that's I think why Les is the one writing the reviews. :P

That montage was very awesome, perfect in building up the tension for the mayhem we all knew was to come.

It's kinda funny, I'm often annoyed by cliffhangers being done for cliffhangers' sake, but I actually rather liked how they built up and introduced the (presumed) story threads for next season in this episode.
