I would star you, but I can’t with my phone for some reason.

How does our society consider assault on an employee a normal part of employment? They’re both wrong and legally actionable.

I'm not sure why the employee assaulting her in the parking lot as opposed to inside the store makes any kind of difference. Also, the employee is the daughter of the store's owner. She also has a prior assault charge. The cops have requested the store video, but the father has failed to comply.

Apparently it didn’t have enough hot fudge. When the fiance went in, he even paid extra to have them put more hot fudge in it, but the cashier did warn him that the ice cream would melt. Per the comment below, the reason DQ’s don’t generally remake orders instead of adding stuff is because adding things messes up the

She didn’t throw it. The employee said she pushed it towards her, spilling it all over the counter.

The employee isn’t even accusing the woman of throwing it. She told the police that she pushed it towards her, spilling it on the counter. She still could have done it on purpose, but she didn’t fling it or anything.

Per the police report, the employee told the cops that the customer “pushed” the blizzard at her, spilling it all over the counter. It’s quite possible that she spilled it purposefully, but she definitely didn’t throw it.

Hey, wait a second. Acknowledging the difficulties about your height doesn’t mean getting to discount other people’s issues. I have short legs. Yeah, I could get my pants hemmed (which is not just $10 where I live), but they end up looking horrible, especially if the pants are shaped, like bootcut jeans. Cutting

I’ve dated plenty of people who I never had sex with. It’s not a given.

Unless I’m planning on sleeping with them, neither impacts them.

He didn’t give me a pay option. He actually made it sound like I just wasn’t eligible. If he would have told me to go to Planned Parenthood or something, I would’ve just done that (grumbling all the way though).

I’ve gone out on two dates with guys I’ve met online without even giving them my real email address, much less personal health information. Gmail is only for my friends. Everyone else gets my hotmail with random newletters and retail coupons.

I know you’re taking your “clean bill of health” as some kind reward for not sleeping with that girl, but maybe your scare was more about the cosmos protecting the girl from sleeping with someone who doesn’t even like her.

Why doesn’t HPV count? It can lead to cancer.

Also, it’s possible to have HSV1 (normally the oral variety) and HSV2 (normally the genital variety) in either location, and since the majority of people have been exposed to cold sores, it doesn’t really prove much.

This reminds me of the story from a couple months ago about the agency that would help Chinese women give birth in America to get their children citizenship. It apparently was a huge operation too.

Black people (especially black people in the US due to a lot of mixing) have an incredibly large variation in physical traits including a wide range of skin tones, builds, hair texture, facial features etc. It’s quite understandable to have certain preferences, but if you have NEVER seen a black person that you think

I don’t mean to put you off. I just wanted to point out that large weight loss isn’t necessarily going to happen. Everyone has different experiences. FWIW, I’ve read that orthognathic surgery has one of the highest rates of patient satisfaction.

Nope, sorry, definitely a myth, definitely 100% patriarchal garbage fed to you. No woman should experience pain/bleeding/tearing during first time sex.

Yeah, my natural lubrication is like a river and it still hurt the first time I had sex. It also hurt the the few times I had sex with a guy who was much larger than average. I don’t think it had anything to do with not being prepared or having the wrong mindset. People are just built differently and have varying
