With all the fawning over the Next update, I have to be honest that I’m immensely disappointed in the number of glaring bugs that are still present in the game. Just in my own six or so hours playing the update:

Giant Bomb has a lot of legendary videos, but their Euro Truck Simulator 2 quick look can get me through the darkest of times.

Every time I’ve started in this game, I’ve ended up on a radioactive or acid rain planet. It’s fucking wild. I started to wonder if they set it up that way intentionally.

When they start charging for multiplayer, they really lose any justification for not stopping this kind of hacking in their online multiplayer games. The ranks and leaderboards being stored locally is boneheaded. Online games are ruined if cheating is not dealt with.
