Yea, I’ve looked at the EBR bikes. Someone who comes out to our local bike nights has the RX (I think), and while it’s a lovely bit of machinery, it’s not at all what I’m looking for now.

Yea, I like the engine a lot, but worry about long-term support on those as well...
Yea, while rebuilding a buddy’s Monster 1000DS engine, kinda got the Duc bug again, but other bills, etc in the way right now. Plus, folks don’t sell em often, and for good reason, I’d assume.
I pulled my first (accidental) wheelie on an XB9R, and would have considered buying an updated/lightly used version if Buell existed today. But alas...

I used to leave an additional label on the gas cap (hooray dymo labeler) which said “DO NOT TOP OFF”, but regularly had to resort to the horn. I don’t miss that part of NJ life.
