I love the Mondial - its the last real Ferrari that you can wrench on in your garage. And they will increase in value at some point, simply due to exclusivity. But not this one.  For $29900 it had better be mint inside and out, and not have odometer issues or replacements.  Representing it as a 15k mile car is

$4900 is an absolute CP price for a rusty old VW, even if its a rare wagon, with a rare powerplant and manual transmission.  That was my first thought as well - the surface rust you see now is hiding rust that is 20 times worse.  Massive CP and woe be to whoever buys this beast.

Basic stewardship involves not rewarding bad behavior. The airlines have not made any friends over the last several years and have only caused fliers angst. The public should not hand them free cash. I could see a low rate line of credit that they have to pay back, but not a bailout.

Im with ya on this one - as long as the undercarriage isnt rusted to cr4p (these things were known to rust HEAVILY after a couple years), its an easy NP.

RHD isnt so bad in the US as long as you have a line of sight for left turns. The height of the Proceed helps here. Unfortunately, this same issue is what makes other JDM imported sportscars absolutely miserable to drive in the US.

Yeah, huge NO on this conversion. $32000 is WAY too overpriced. But its a nice body kit and decent to look at. At $20k with removal of all the faux “Lamborghini” badging nonsense, and it would be a fun weekend toy that would spawn more questions than ridicule. CP in its current form and price. MASSIVE CP.

Its about to fall apart, there are a ton of unknown gremlins, its messed with, stanced, and had emissions components deleted. This isnt just a CP, its a massive CP. Id suspect the next large speed bump would cause either the rockers or the wheels to just detach from the car.

I dont like Aston Martins to start with.  I wouldnt buy one at market price.  But this one is wayyyy over market price and its really hard to tell why other than the ghastly rims.  CP is the right answer, anyone who votes NP to this doesnt really know the value of these (or the massive depreciation that comes with a

Yep, Im in this camp.  Dont care about non matching numbers.  This is a good looking car and a far better use of $18k than a lot of other questionable decisions.  Easy NP.

The depreciation you are seeing is also normal due to maintenance costs.  New brakes on the GTS will cost a smooth $2800.00.  Oil change?  $550.00.

Yeah, this one is a massive CP.  I would never buy a used, out of warranty MB under any circumstances.  This would apply double for an AMG.  But lets look at other factors...  First, this AMG is overpriced.  The few examples out there go for 60-70k.  Second, the ad is sketchy as heck.  There is no contact information,

I honestly hate this car. The XR4Ti was never great, was known for all kinds of mechanical and electrical gremlins, and just generally didnt age well. This one is even worse, owing to the rusty rocker panels (which are likely concealing much more cancer than they are showing) and nasty interior.

Agreed. This is a very sad CP, because I love this truck. It hits all the right buttons for me, from a manual transmission to a nice, professional lift and a standard cab. I even love the color. But with a salvage title and high miles, there is no way I would ever pay $17900.00 for this example.  I wouldnt be able to

This one belongs on a BHPH lot, as do most WRXs.  The only WRX I would consider would be one that was adult driven and stock, and this one is neither of the above.  The sloppy amp and sub install, the “text or call” with no phone number provided, and the lack of detail including VIN and mileage all make this thing a

Thats fine and all, but I am amongst the fairly large group of consumers that dont like overpaying for something.  And when there are a decent amount of these and their Civic SI brethren around $6k-$7k, I cant think of a good reason to pay $9k for this one.  Overpaying for something just because it provides fond

Agreed, Im so on the fence here.  I love the car but hate, hate, hate the price.  Im NP at $7500, but CP at $9000.  Its just not worth the asking price.  But Im sure its a blast to drive and this RSX looks to be in wonderfully stock condition, which is a huge plus.  But CP due to price.

I was thinking the same thing.  You are paying an awfully heavy premium for a cut-rate conversion in a 12 year old E150.  $20k is definitely crack pipe territory.  Maybe $12-$15k depending on PPI.  It is cool, but too far in CP territory for me.

Agreed.  I love this car, love the manual transmission, love the color, and overall would drive this in a heartbeat!  BUT its just too expensive.  This one should be maybe $40-$42k.  Also, this example is missing the driver assistance package that includes dynamic cruise control, lane keeping assist, etc.   Id want

I get the appeal of the Gambler 500. I just dont get wanting to do so in an old Volvo. I mean, the goal is to actually finish, right?
CP on this one.  Too many problems, not enough time, not street legal, wouldnt use it in the Gambler 500.

Its not the base price thats the problem around here. Its dealers that are flush with the Gladiators that cost $45-$60k and they really arent dealing on them. While I do like the Gladiator, even the most dyed-in-the-wool Jeep guy has to admit that $60k is just way too much for a fully loaded Gladiator. I mean, you can
